INDIA TREE Red Hawaiian Sea Salt is a conventional mixture of Pacific Ocean sea salt and Hawaiian red clay, referred to as alaea. The clay adds iron oxide which provides this salt its distinctive color and taste.
Red Hawaiian Sea Salt is particularly fitted to grilling or roasting meat.
It’s used to season Kalua pig and Hawaiian jerky. It is usually utilized in Hawaiian ceremonies to cleanse, purify, and bless.
