Description
Often referred to as Alaea Sea Salt, this is similar salt because the Hawaiian Black Sea Salt, handiest with out the addition of activated charcoal. The red color is achieved by adding baked red sea salt, which also adds iron to the salt, and a delicate mellow flavor. Use to rub on meats for grilling or roasting, and the standard Hawaiian dishes of Kalua Pig, Hawaiian Jerky and Poke.
